  I love Shane Co! My wedding ring came from here about 4 years ago. We recently bought a simple wedding band here the other night. He staff is very kind and helpful. From what I understand, they don't just work on commission, so they aren't pushy at all. The store itself is very nice and clean on the inside. My favorite thing about this place is that you get free insurance on your ring for life as long as you bring it in every six months to get it clean and inspected (also free).

  Had a great experience here! I am new to Salt Lake City and this was the first time I have ever been in a jewelry store and felt like the staff was there to help me, not pressure me into buying something! Allison did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring and diamond. She made several trips to the back room to search for exactly what I was describing to her. The customer service people were also very pleasant and professional. On my way out of the store, at least 3 other employees who were not involved in my purchase thanked me and wished me a nice day.
